- Custom-made items, including tailored curtains and décor products, are prepared specifically for the customer and are non-cancellable once production has started.

- Jesilog Decor reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
- Payment must be made via approved payment methods, including mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfer, or other options communicated at checkout.
- Payment confirmation is required before dispatch of orders.
4. Delivery
- Same-day delivery within Nairobi
- Up to 72 hours delivery outside Nairobi
- Custom-made curtains or items require approximately 48 hours to prepare
- Free delivery for orders above KES 50,000
- Delivery fees range from KES 200–1,000 depending on location
- Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Jesilog Decor will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
- Customers are responsible for notifying Jesilog Decor of any issues within the specified timeframe.
